Starting in May we open up remaining availability to allow 3-night minimum stays. Additionally 3-night minimum reservations allowed Nov - May.

SeaStar is one of three TideWatch Ocean Suites located on the Quietside of Mount Desert Island in the town of Southwest Harbor. Just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, the property borders the Seawall Entrance to Acadia National Park and adjoins a pine forest and a freshwater pond which provides ample opportunities for bird watching and scenic photography. SeaStar is located on the second floor of the TideWatch Suites. The unit can sleep up to 6 individuals with a king bedroom suite with an attached bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also has a second centralized bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a unit-length balcony, (complete with grill and outdoor seating), to enjoy the breathtaking view.

Tidepool is one of three TideWatch Ocean Suites located on the Quietside of Mount Desert Island in the town of Southwest Harbor. Tidepool is located on the first floor of the TideWatch Suites. This unit is ADA compliant with a ramp going up to the entrance, a walk-in shower, and lower beds. TidePool can sleep up to 6 individuals with a king bedroom suite with an attached bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also has a second centralized bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a unit-length deck, (complete with grill and outdoor seating), to enjoy the breathtaking view.

Stargazer is one of three TideWatch Ocean Suites located on the Quietside of Mount Desert Island in the town of Southwest Harbor. Just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, the property borders the Seawall Entrance to Acadia National Park and adjoins a pine forest and a freshwater pond which provides ample opportunities for bird watching and scenic photography. StarGazer is a split floor unit that can sleep up to 7 individuals. Upstairs there is a king, queen, and twin bedroom along with a bathroom. The master bedroom features its own private balcony overlooking the sea making it the perfect destination to capture a morning sunrise. Downstairs there is a full-size sleeper sofa, a centralized bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortably appointed living room, a gas fireplace, and second deck, (complete with grill and outdoor seating), to thoroughly enjoy the ocean view.
Booking Policies
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT HOURS
TideWatch suites are presently setup as weekly rentals. Reservations must begin and end on a Saturday during our normal season June through October.
Suite Check-in is at 4:00pm
Suite Check-out is 10:00am
Late check-out is not available during our normal season for TideWatch Suites.
*Late Check-Out fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(SEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW)
Free Cancellation Window:
Cancellations made up until 14 days prior to check-in will not be assessed any cancellation fees.
Partial Refund Period:
Within 14 days of check-in, the cancellations made up to 7 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee, but no less than a 1 night stay.
No Cancellation Period:
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations during this time which includes early check-out.
